An early part of the Discipline Managers’ responsibilities will be the identification and training of potential National Technical Officials to help with the delivery of the rifle, pistol and shotgun events – the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the preceding World Cup test event in April 2012. In addition they will provide assistance with the sourcing of sport-specific equipment as well as advice and support in their particular fields of expertise.
