Richard Faulds today won his second World Cup medal of 2008, equalling the World Record of 147 in the Qualification Round of the Men's Double Trap in Suhl. A final round of 46 kept him ahead of Binyaun Hu of China, adding the Gold Medal to the Silver he won in Kerrville last month. ![]() British Shooting's Performance Director John Leighton-Dyaon said "Richard is performing well and has again shown that he has the ability to be the 'best', equalling a record set 10 years ago in Barcelona. This is ideal preparation for the Games and what he and his coach, Ian Coley, have been planning over the last 18 months in the build-up to Beijing".
